Each year Fair Politics conducts an impact study in order to find out what the actual impact of European policy is on the ground.

In 2010 Fair Politics visited Ghana and researched the impact of European policy in relation to illegal logging, migration and trade.

In 2011 Fair Politics went to Rwanda to find out how the European Raw Materials policy (could) affect the Rwandian mining sector. This year we are visiting Tanzania in order to find out how the European biofuels policy affects the lives of people there.

Partner organisation Glopolis, from the Czech republic went to Ethiopia in 2011 where the looked at the issue of food security. You can read their impact study here.
